I started my first business as a teenager (a record label), toured from coast to coast as a DJ in my 20's, and spent most of my 30's as a People & Culture leader in tech companies.

Through it all...

I've been driven by the desire to understand how businesses thrive regardless of market conditions and what truly makes people more confident, creative, and joyful.

I'm the author of the book "Die Before They Do" and have helped 460+ entrepreneurs in 17 different countries grow both their businesses and their impact since I launched Growth Habit. I'm also a papa to two teenagers, love to dance, and have an addiction to funky socks.
